Interim Report - Easy to fill out Interim Report (Editable with Sliding Scales)

You can use this template to quickly and easily provide your parents with a easy to understand, parent friendly interim report. It literally only takes 2 minutes to insert the student's name and adjust the sliding scales for each subject (also includes a scale for Attitude, Effort and Work Habits) You can simple delete the subject row you don't want to include or change them to fit your District's or schools subject names.

The sliding scale allow for much more flexibility/accuracy with your judgement / assessment. If a student is halfway between proficient and extending - you can show that with the sliding scale.
