What educators are saying

We used this for our middle school student that has an IEP and needed to have the Transition plan in that IEP. It was very helpful.

Description

This product is an interest inventory and life skills assessment for use in planning the transition portion of the IEP. It is not a formal or standardized assessment. This inventory/assessment is especially helpful when transition planning for students with significant cognitive disabilities. The picture supports allow the student to complete individually or it can be completed together with a teacher, vocational coordinator or other support staff or even a parent. This tool gauges the student's goals/plans in the areas of employment, education/training and independent living. It is also useful in determining skills needed to be successful beyond high school.
