I use this grammar curriculum as the grammar for writing notes for the first half of my Writer's Interactive Notebook.

The pages included in this pdf are a regular 8.5x11 in page size to fit in a binder, but you can easily re-size these interactive grammar notes pages for gluing into a composition book by printing scaled at 85%.
