Integumentary System Disorder Poster Project

This is an excellent project for your high school students to explore an integumentary system disorder of their choice! Students choose a disorder and research the causes, symptoms, current treatments, and the impact that it has on an individual's quality of life. I like to require my students to create a scientific poster and present to peers in a poster session similar to research posters presented at a conference. My students love learning more about skin disorders and being able to share what they've learned with their peers. This project includes specific directions, a rubric, and a list of potential disorders for students to choose. Enjoy!
