Instrument Rental and Inventory Management System - Google Sheets

You can do everything a fancy software can do with Google Sheets if you have the know-how. I am a music AND math teacher, so I know what music teachers need, but also have the patience and background to understand formulas beyond just the basics.

• A sheet to fill in the students who are renting instruments. This information is added to the inventory sheet, so you can see what instruments are leftover.
• A maintenance record for you to keep track of when instruments were last serviced. This information also gets filled into the inventory sheet.
• A sheet to keep track of rental fees, payments, and student balances.
• A rental agreement that auto-fills the brand, condition, instrument type, and estimated replacement cost based on the information you filled in on the inventory sheet.
• An individual instrument report sheet that automatically fills in basic information about the instrument you choose as well as maintenance history and rental history.

This worksheet is completely editable. You can even move around the columns without affecting the formulas.
