Description

This amazing product contains lesson 16-31 of Module 3 of Engage New York / Eureka Math. These lessons will take you up to the mid-module assessment. This is the perfect addition to your asynchronous math time!

Each Seesaw math activity can be uploaded directly into your Seesaw library and is ready to be assigned to your students. Every activity begins will start with a choice board. Students will I used these Seesaw math lessons with my own kindergarten class during the spring and got rave reviews by both students and parents alike.

Each Seesaw math lesson begins with an activity board. Students watch an excellent video teaching the math concept. To provide additional practice, your child will then play an online game/activity that will provide additional practice. (My students and parents loved the teaching videos... I referred to her as our Math Teacher.)

Each lesson concludes with one "exit ticket" type activity. Students use their creative tools to complete the activity. I loved listening to my scholars talk to me everyday as they explained their thinking. With Seesaw, you can easily respond to these lessons with both written and verbal messages. What a great way to interact wit your students and build those positive relationships!

If you have the ability to deliver materials to your students, considering grabbing my kindergarten journals: https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Product/Engage-New-York-Eureka-Application-Problems-Kindergarten-Module-3-1924408

All of my Instant Seesaw Activities include the following:

1. Each lesson includes the CCSS at the top of the directions, along with a Learning Goal for the lesson written underneath it. Pre-written directions with lots of fun icons will help your early reader. You may edit these directions and add your own audio.

2. An Activity Board or Choice Board:

Seesaw refers to them all as Choice Boards. I have added the term Activity Board when I want students to complete all of the activities in a certain order. Choice Boards and Activity Boards are perfect for asynchronous learning, as they provide both instruction and support that you do not have the time to provide during synchronous learning time. Choice boards provide an opportunity for students to choose which activities they wish to use to support their learning. Activities Boards allow you to direct the learning that you wish your students to complete before moving onto the assignment.

3. An Assignment:

Your students will conduct an appropriate activity to support the learning that was provided in the above Activity Board or Choice Board. It is not usually a lengthy assignment. However, the activity will allow your students to demonstrate an understanding of the concept being presented. Use the microphone feature to allow your students to share their understanding and talk with you. This will help assess their full understanding, and allow for that oh, so important, communication piece.

Important Information About My Digital Products During the Pandemic:

The pandemic has touched every person on this planet in one way or another. As a way of supporting my friends and colleagues, I would like to reach out and support every educator who is having to teach remotely with little or no resources. For this reason, during the 2020-2021 school year, all of my digital products will be priced at $5.00 and below (that's only .31 per Seesaw activity in this set). Due to this deep price cut, I will not be bundling any of my digital products nor will they go on sale. Depending on the state of the pandemic and its effects on our profession, this deep price cut may continue into the following year.

As a side note, I was beginning my Doctoral Studies in Education when this pandemic began spreading across our world. I am researching "How to provide quality instruction to K-2 learners in an exclusively online environment." The current price cap that I have placed on my products is reflective of my desire to put quality materials into educator's hands so that they may support student learning during these difficult. The quality of my products has NOT gone down. The minimal pricing helps offset my costs (clipart, subscriptions, etc) and my time (roughly 1 hour per Seesaw activity, minimum).

Each download is intended for one class only. Please ask your colleagues to purchase their own set.
