Instant Comment Auto Rubric - Two Criteria Version

First and foremost, this is an incredible time saver! As an educator, I often find myself giving similar feedback based on the rubric I provide my students.  For example, a satisfactory result on “presentation” in a personal essay, often has stylistically adequate choices but word choice could be stronger.  Wouldn’t it be great if you could automatically include this feedback simply by assigning a grade to each criterion in the rubric? That is exactly what this excel file does!  The file included comes completely setup for assessing an essay with two marking criteria. (Ideas and Impressions & Presentation)

How do you use it?  Simply enter the individual mark for each criteria and the comment is instantly placed below the rubric as well as all calculations.  I then copy and paste this into whatever marks program I am using as an ‘assignment comment’. (although you could easily copy it to any place that the student has access to such as D2L)
