Double Trouble Inflected Endings Phonics Game

This Science of Reading game is a versatile resource for your literacy centers, stations, and daily practice. The game prioritizes phonics instruction and word work, ensuring your students get plenty of practice with the inflectional endings -ed and -ing.

• You get 120 word cards in five levels. Each level lets students practice adding inflections while doubling the end consonant, dropping the silent e, changing the y to i, and base words that don't change their spelling.

This LOW-PREP Science of Reading game is a PDF printable. All you need to do is print the gameboard, the directions, and the playing cards. Cut the cards and tokens. You'll need your own die, (I like the foam dice!) or a spinner.
