Description
Students will practice solving multi-step inequalities, compound inequalities, and absolute value inequalities by working through this set of 20 task cards. For each inequality, students must will solve, graph, and represent the solution in interval notation. Special cases are included. A sheet is provided for students to record their answers.
They can check their answers by scanning the QR code on each card. Connection to the internet is not required to scan the code. However, a QR scanner app is required on the device. There are several free apps available to download.
If you haven't used QR codes in your classroom yet, I highly recommend them! Students love using the technology, and the self-checking makes it easier on the teacher!
This activity works very well in conjunction with my Algebra 2 Equations and Inequalities Unit.
