Individualized Learning Plan (ILP) for Elementary and Middle School Students

The Individual Learning Plan (ILP) is a customizable plan for students, teachers, faculty and staff to target academic skills using student interests and academic goals in mind.


This Resource includes 3 separate downloads:


1. A download containing a two-page document going into detail explain the purpose the plan and who is involved.

2. A Printable ILP which can be customizable to your school and/ or organization.

3. An editable ILP which contains Text Boxes to easily type in information instead of having print it and write it.


In addition, I have included Easy-to-Use instructions and graphic organizers in order to make this easy, manageable and effective.
