Description

The following worksheet introduces students to the issues surrounding lack to clean drinking water. Students will learn about the context for lack of clean water among the first nations of Canada. They will learn about the health, economic, and environmental impacts. Finally, gain insight into what is being done right now about it.

A short reading passage is included followed by:

  1. 5 key terms to define
  2. 7 review (comprehension) questions
  3. 3 discussion questions
  4. 2 reflection questions
  5. 2 thinking questions
  6. A research activity involving them closely examining first nation communities impacted by lack of clean water.
