2. Students will learn 3 strategies for impulse control.
3. Students will practice a variety of breathing exercises for impulse control.
4. Students will practice predicting consequences of impulsive choices.
5. Students will sort actions into 2 categories: "impulsive" or "in control"
6. Students will answer discussion questions about impulse control.
