What educators are saying

We are using these as emotion icons for a recenter station to help students learn to identify their emotions. I love that they use real life photos! Thanks!
I got these to use with my students to help when we discuss emotions of characters in books. I was pleased with the quality of the photos.

Description

These vocabulary flashcards (42 photo cards with real children) are great for learning about feelings and emotions through different matching picture-to-picture activities and memory games as well as for reading and spelling activities. You can ask your students to look at the pictures and then discuss what the child from the picture could be feeling and explain the reasons why. It is a good resource for students with autism and special needs. You can also use these for social-emotional check-ins to see how your nonverbal students are doing if they cannot communicate how they are feeling.

The flashcards must be printed on photo paper, laminated, and cut out. You`ll get 2 sets of cards: the first set includes only pictures and the second set includes also picture names.
