What educators are saying
It took a while for the students to get into this, but in the end, it was fun learning about one another.
I used this at the beginning of the year and then again after 1st semester. It was fun to see who remembered from the beginning of the year. Nice ice breaker for students that need to work on socializing and in person interaction.
Description
Great for the first week of school! This well-designed icebreaker game is geared toward high school students and encourages them to ask thoughtful questions when meeting their classmates.
Students will use the 20-question bingo card to walk around the classroom and find students who meet the following criteria (for example):
- A student who knows where they want to go to college
- A student who has a job
- A student who has a car
- A student who plays sports
After finding each student, participants will need to write down their name and ask a follow-up question. For example:
- Where do you want to go to college?
- Where do you work?
- What color is your car?
- What sport do you play?
Suggested rules are included with the game. If you would like to see all the questions before purchasing, please check out the preview file.
Have fun!
