LEVEL A AND B HAVE BEEN POSTED.
Included are:
36 weeks of writing lessons for an interactive notebook. There are seasonal words included. You may also use the lessons out of order depending on your school calendar. There are real photos as well as black lined clipart in each week. You may print in color or black and white. All images are age appropriate for both elementary and secondary students.
This notebook is in a weekly format:
MONDAY - Trace and copy weekly vocabulary word/topic (word) Copy a sentence.
TUESDAY - Trace and copy describing/associated words (model provided)
WEDNESDAY - Color image.
Weeks 1-18 Complete basic graphic organizer (can use word from previous day if needed as they will be in notebook). Write ONE sentence independently or with assistance.
Weeks 19-36 Write TWO sentences.
THURSDAY - Weeks 1-12 focus on punctuation (copy)
Weeks 13-24 focus on capitalization (copy)
Weeks 25-36 focus on sentence editing (copy after fixing sentences)
FRIDAY - Using a word bank fill in the missing sentence. Write one sentence.
FRIDAY - Optional writing activity ( see preview)
