    Description

If writing IEPs or progress monitoring is a task you dread, then the IEP Writing Success Kit for Early Elementary is for you! The goal of the kit is to help you write powerful IEPs AND save time!

    This kit includes:

    • Four sets of informal assessments for IEPs and progress reports including for:
      • Reading comprehension, Dolch sight words, phonemic awareness, letter identification, concepts about prints, and decoding
      • Spelling and encoding sounds, letter writing, writing fluency, nonfiction and narrative writing
      • Addition and subtraction, multiplication and division, word problems with and without picture support, number sense and identification, fractions, and mathematical life skills and concepts from money to colors and calendars

    • Four detailed teachers' manuals with scoring guides and IEP friendly score reporting language
    • A Common Core aligned IEP goal bank for kindergarten to fifth grade with goals in reading, writing, and math that build on the informal assessments. The goal bank includes modification and accommodation ideas to make the goals work for your students! The goal bank is the same across all IEP Success Kits to give you the maximum options!
    • Present levels of performance (PLAAFP or PLOP) examples and templates that build on the assessments and directly feed into the Common Core aligned goals.

    Why Buy?

Each component of the kit has been tailor designed to create a seamless IEP writing experience. The student assessments flow to the present levels and the present levels to the goals to save you, and your students, time. There are assessments, goals, and present levels language in this kit for students who are just learning letters and numbers and ones for students who can read at a first grade level and solve addition and subtraction problems on their own. You pick and choose the assessments, the goals, and the type of templates that work for you and for your student! Note that the assessments do not include a reading fluency or reading level assessment, which would need to be administered separately.

    The IEP Success Kit Series
