IB Psychology Core Bundle + Abnormal and Developmental Psychology

This bundle includes the core topics plus abnormal and developmental psychology chapters of the IB Psychology curriculum. I make these PPTs for my classrooms to guide and lead instruction and discussions. The PPTs are made from a variety of IB materials and books so the slides should cover just about everything you need regardless of what textbook or resources you are using. I have made guided notes in the past for my students but they preferred to just have 3 slides printed per page to take notes during discussion. Feel free to make guided notes for these PPTs. My students also enjoy the PPTs because they summarize many studies in a brief more easily understood way.

I usually do about 45 - 60 minutes of lecturing with discussion and activities built in throughout the PPT presentation. You will notice, some slides are labeled ATL Skills, Exercises or TOK. Those slides are designed to be "stopping" points in the lectures and gives students an opportunity to engage with and discuss the material we are learning in class.

I have also included an ATL Skills Worksheet as a bonus. I print off a big stack of these and keep them in my room. When I do side activities and want my students to write their thoughts out I have them complete the ATL Skills slide questions/prompt on this form. I usually turn the ATL Skills into completion assignments for easy grades!
