I am Growing BUNDLE: Pre-K & Kinder Social, Emotional & Physical Health Bundle

This bundle includes FOUR units geared for children 4-6 years of age. The units are focused on integrative and holistic health. My goal is to encourage social, emotional and physical health goals and education in one curriculum.

Unit One: I am Growing! Focuses on what growth is and what is needed for growth. It incorporates growth mindset and cognitive flexibility ideas.

Unit Two: I am Growing Social Skills is aimed to help children understand that their behaviors impact the people around them. It focuses on life and SEL skills such as greeting others, personal space and body language.

Unit Three: I am Growing Healthy Habits focuses on physical health education. Specifically nutrition, exercise and disease prevention (hand hygiene).

Unit Four: I am Growing Gratitude focuses on mindfulness, gratitude and thankfulness!
