I Have, Who Has... {Using a Protractor}

This game is based on the popular “I Have, Who Has” format. There are 35 game cards. Print the game cards on cardstock, cut in fourths, and laminate. Students will use a protractor to measure their individual angles. Make sure that students know that they are to measure the angle with the semi-circle inside of it. Students can then put their answer on a small post-it and then stick that on their cards. Then have students trade with a partner to check each other’s work. Once students measured the angles for their individual cards, I choose a student to begin the game. He/she will ask the question on the bottom of his/her card. The student with that answer will respond “I have…”, then he/she will read the bottom of his/her card, “Who has…”. The game continues until the first person’s answer is called. Students can then trade cards and play again. The cards are numbered so that you can use the answer key to get the game back on track if an error is made.
