This mini book was designed for a social studies unit that covers roles and responsibilities. Each page highlights a different job or chore that children can do to help at home. I Can Help at Home could be used whole class or in guided reading. There are two lines of text on each page. The first line is the same on each page. The second line varies by the activity or chore, allowing students to use the picture to help decode.

This black and white book has a cover, 10 pages of different ways children can help around the house and a response page. Each page of the book is copied twice on a page to make copying and assembling the books quick and easy. Simply copy, cut and staple!
