I Am Enough SEL Activity

I Am Enough is a beautifully written book about celebrating our unique qualities and knowing that whoever we are makes us "enough." With this activity, your students will be able to focus on what makes them feel special.

Set Includes:

Activity Pages (With Lines)

• 3 different hearts/sayings (I am enough, I am enough when I..., I am)
• 2 different types of lines (wavy or straight)

Activity (Without Lines):

• 3 different hearts/sayings (I am enough, I am enough when I..., I am)

Bulletin Board Titles/Extras:

• Banner pieces spelling out "We Are Enough" or "I Am Enough"
• Large heart with the word "Enough" to use with banner pieces
• Hearts with the words "We Are Enough" or "I Am Enough"
• Heart clip art (two different sizes)

Suggestions for Use:

Activity Pages (With Lines)

• Have students brainstorm words (8 for wavy lines, 10 for straight lines) that describe them.
• Write one word in each section. Tracing the words with a marker or Sharpie helps them 'pop.'
• Color in each section a different color.

Activity (Without Lines):

• Have students brainstorm words that describe them.
• Draw lines to create sections on the page OR simply write the words in the blank areas.
• Trace over words with a marker or Sharpie and color the blank spaces.

Bulletin Board Titles/Extras:

• Banner pieces spelling out "We Are Enough" or "I Am Enough" - print onto cardstock or construction paper, cut out, and hang with twine.
• Large heart with the word "Enough" to use with banner pieces - print onto cardstock or construction paper and cut out.
• Hearts with the words "We Are Enough" or "I Am Enough" - print onto cardstock or construction paper, cut out, and hang.
• Heart clip art (two different sizes) - print onto cardstock or construction paper, cut out, and hang to add extra flair if desired.
