I Am Bursting with Self Love

This is an engaging activity that builds self awareness, promotes self reflection and gets kids celebrating themselves through I Am statements.

Here is what I did, but of course, you can customize this in any way!

Students added statements to the heart that described the things that define them, the things they are most proud of. Then, in the reflection write up they answered the question: What does Self Love Mean to Me? and further described a few of the I Am statements that had them “Bursting with Self Love”.
