Description
"Humans Need Not Apply" is a viral YouTube video by educational video creator CGP Grey. This lesson plan based on the video helps students understand how robotics and automation will impact our future. Watch the video for free here.

♦ 20 video questions and answer key
♦ writing/discussion questions
♦ creative writing prompt
The anticipation guide lists statements with which students will respond "agree" or "disagree" prior to watching the video. The video questions are two pages of short, fill-in-the-blank and open-ended questions that are designed to keep students engaged and hold them accountable while watching the film. They are also very specific to the movie, and therefore difficult to Google! Note: CGP Grey talks fast, so teachers may need to pause and or rewind certain sections. Watching with subtitles is also a good idea. Finally, there is a one-page worksheet with various writing/discussion questions for after viewing the video, and a creative writing prompt to extend the learning.
