Human Body Systems Matching Activity

Trying to remember all the systems of the Human Body that are required to know for our standards can be difficult for lots of our students. This matching activity is a great way for visual learners to strive for those hard concepts.

*Aligned with Georgia Performance Standards:
S7L2. Students will describe the structure and function of cells, tissues, organs, and organ systems.
e. Explain the purpose of the major organ systems in the human body (i.e., digestion, respiration, reproduction, circulation, excretion, movement, control, and coordination, and for protection from disease).
*Students can cut and paste the matching functions and organs/structures with the correct organ system.
*Students can write the matching functions and organs/structures with the correct organ system.
*Can be used to differentiate with the two different “word banks” (one word bank identifies which information is functions and which is the organs/structures. The other does not identify which category they are.

*Good way to differentiate when assessing your learners.
