How I Learned Geography Bundle (Reading and Writing)

The main objective of this activity is to identify author's purpouse and the message of the story. This activity can be used in a Bilingual Classroom because all the flipchart is translated in Spanish. In this flipchart all the activities are related to the book. You will find reading activities (predictions, comprehension, word work), geography activities, writing activities (expository writing, transition words) among other cooperative learning stratergies (turn & talk, pair-share, jigsaw). This bundle can be taught in 2 hours to cover your Literacy block lesson. The kids enjoy this activitiy because they are participating all the time and they can share their thoughts in an interactive way.
