Homework Log for Reading and Math - Two Versions - Black and White

This is my favorite homework log. It has big enough spacing for the students to write in what book they are reading or what math skill they are practicing at home. It has two versions available to you. One of the versions gives the students a goal to practice 20 minutes a night for each subject. The other version just shows them where to track their homework progress. There is a spot for students to log the date, book reading, skill practiced, amount of time, and parent initials. On the top, it gives a box for a name and due date to help keep your students and parents organized.

It is a black and white homework tracker so that it can be printed on colored paper for all your color coding needs!
