Homeschool High School Lessons CTE Culinary Arts Unit 1

This is a Culinary Arts Unit for homeschool high school and middle school students. These lessons do not require actual cooking but it is recommended that students practice some cooking. After completing the unit, your child will have an introduction to the basics of the Culinary Arts. Lessons include:

• What's the Dish Activity
• Mise en Place
• Famous Chefs Project

All lessons are colorful and can either be printed or used with Google. Each activity includes questions for the student to answer to check for understanding.
