These 50+ Holiday Themed Decodable Stories practice a variety of early-, mid-, and upper-level phonics patterns in a festive and fun way. They are geared toward students in grades 2, 3, 4, & 5, but, many older students studying these skills and patterns would relate to the characters and plot lines in these stories. As a comprehension check, each story asks the student to illustrate the story, which gives teachers a glimpse into the students’ understanding.
