Student Feedback:
-Listen to their side and try to find a way where you both can calm down and help each other do the right thing.
-In the future you can not jump to any accusations or go to far with assuming what a person did. You can try and get the situation down to the point where you are able to talk to the other person calmly so it would turn into a physical fight, and or so you won't be screaming and saying things you don't need. You can try to then come to an agreement with the other person.
-Take a step back and calm down before trying to argue my way through the situation.
-You can calm the situation down if it's bad enough so it won't turn into a physical fight, then you can try to come to terms with the best solution for both or all sides, lastly you can come to an agreement on the situation.
-Take a second to cool off, listen to their side of the story or their point of view, try to see and understand what might have caused the issue or situation, and acknowledge their feelings and put yourself in their shoes.
