What educators are saying
We used this resource as part of a process grid for animals that hibernate. I teach TK and we are focusing on hibernating but I like that I have the option of adding in some new vocabulary and extending the learning with "adaptation" and "migration" for my students who are ready for a bit more!
We used the activity cards for a variety of sorting activities as we learned about what animals do for the winter. We sorted by the usual, hibernate-migrate-snack and nap, as well as who can find food, how they prepare, and where they live for the winter. Thanks!
