Description
This lesson plan introduces your students to Artist Henri Rousseau. The lesson is perfect for Kindergarten through 3rd grade. Students will have the opportunity to develop drawing skills through directed line drawing and design techniques using paint. The lesson will invite the child to create a beautiful unique art piece based on the theme "tiger in the jungle" inspired by Mr. Rousseau. This theme has proven to be a huge favorite in my classroom!
You can use this lesson in the following ways:
