This MEGA bundle of help & break cards is designed for both children & adolescents.

It contains a very broad range of cards, aiming to cover a number of applications (including classes, groups, remote learning and 1:1 therapeutic use) across broad age groups.

Break & help cards work great as a system together for building communication skills & increased emotional regulation. This bundle has been developed to encourage positive communication and facilitate increased independence in your students (or therapy clients, if being used in a therapeutic setting).
