This is my Healthy Eating unit following the new Canada food guide 2019! It covers fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and proteins. I use the reading comprehension pages with my grade 2 students and we read together as a class but it can be used for independent work for the older grades.

Healthy Liquids
Also includes a unit test.
