What educators are saying

This was a great resource. I used it in my classroom of K kiddos, mixed bilinguals and levels of need. It was well laid out and easy to use! Thanks so much!

Description

**UPDATED FOR 2023***

Happy New Year! This download includes 1 printable half-page booklet ideal for kindergarten students and early readers. Each booklet is 8 pages long (including front cover and contents page) and has a full-color and black/white version. My kinders loved having their own books they could color, keep in their book boxes, and take home in Friday Folders to read to parents/siblings.

Readers are interactive and have a coloring or writing activity on each page. I print/laminate a full-color copy for myself to use during whole group/small group lessons and later put it in the classroom library.

Happy New Year emergent reader includes kindergarten sight words from the Dolch Pre-Primer and Primer lists: a, are, I, in, is, it, new, the, there, this, will.

HAPPY TEACHING!
