    Description

    Classroom transitions, recess drama, and interpersonal relationships can greatly impact the classroom environment. "Handle with Care and Respect," is a no prep classroom peer relationship unit designed to increase student awareness of self and others. This bundle includes 6 individual lessons that focus on how our words impact others, being aware of our surroundings during transitions, including others in conversations, peer pressure, self-regulation, and self-esteem. Students will enjoy these interactive activities, and teachers will love the ready to use educator scripts provided in each lesson.

    This Unit Includes:

    1. THINK acronym (24 pages)- helping children assess if their words are True, Helpful, Inspiring/Important, Necessary, and Kind
    2. Read the Room (8 Pages)- helping children transition respectfully between classes

    5. My Temperature (15 pages)- helping students develop self-advocacy and self-regulation skills
