Description

Score some spooky points with your middle school math students this Halloween with a game where matching zombies means correctly relating division to fraction and decimal numbers. Students must divide a rational number to create a decimal that terminates or repeats. A trick-or-treating scenario represents a division scenario that students will interpret, write as a division expression, and then represent as a decimal.

In case you need something a little less "spooky", for your class, a set of alternate card backs with cute classroom monsters is also included. The scenarios relate to situations such as costumes, trick-or-treating, or other traditional fun activities for Halloween. Check out the preview to see everything included!

What's included?

  • 12 matching card sets
  • Teacher instructions
  • Student instructions
  • Alternate card backs
