Description

An interactive editing document of 26 questions to teach students the editing process for an ELA/OST style state test essay. It mentions MY ORIGINAL visual editing technique that students use all year utilizing the highlighting of keywords and requirements to make sure they are all there. This is the next step in the process. It makes editing a tangible and concrete activity to help them learn the process.

At the end, there are links to the OST essay rubrics and a place for students to self-evaluate. Self-evaluation is a key standard.
