Description

This student directed Halloween narrative writing lesson is for grades 6 - 8. It allows students to independently write a narrative story about a haunted house that is real or imagined. Students will brainstorm ideas, build their paragraphs, edit their papers, write their final paper, and grade them before handing them in for their teacher's final grade. Grading time is significantly reduced for the teacher, and students enjoy the lesson.
