Guitar Cut-out (Interest Inventory)

Guitar Cut-out is sized to fit standard sized paper. It is formatted on Microsoft Excel (you need this program to open the file!). It is in 2 different slides/pages, so the top has to be pasted to the guitar body. Guitar contains text boxes filled with 8 "pre-made" questions and is designed for an Interest Inventory, but you can change questions to suit your own needs.



Recommendation(s):
- Use on cardstock.
- Due to size, guitar needs to be printed on 2 different pieces of paper. (Glue makes it stick together perfectly.)
- Put student's name on top in box.
- Use markers and glitter glue to help decorate fret and other parts on guitar.
