Guided Relaxation Script for stuttering/fluency therapy, brain breaks, counseling, and more!
Students will enjoy the fun and engaging imagery this guided relation script provides while working on individual muscle groups, tensing and relaxing as they go! This activity is ideal for individual, as well as whole group instruction, and is an excellent resource for reducing anxiety and increasing mindfulness through body awareness.
As you, the teacher or therapist, read the script, the children will close their eyes and imagine they are a grazing cow, a lazy dog, a tiny snail, a fuzzy bear cub, and more, all while focusing on relaxing the targeted areas of their body.
