Group Work Evaluation Individual Reflection Rate Increase Student Accountability

Learning to work in groups is a necessity, but often one member of the group ends up taking the brunt of the work while the other members "ride the coat-tails." My students needed this group work evaluation rating page.

This group work sheet can be used for any subject area.

I knew I needed to create a group evaluation sheet when one of my 5th graders asked if they could switch groups because they felt they were doing all the work.

This evaluation sheet is a wonderful tool that allows students to express what they did well individually, and as a group. It also allows a safe place for them to rate their group members performance and take special note as to why that member received that rate.
