Description

Use these cards for gross motor exercises. The resource has a variety of movements focusing on different parts of the body…like bending, twisting, running, skipping, jumping and so on.

Print the cards and laminate. Cut out. Use the cards as a rotation exercise…5 to 7 activities each Monday to Friday. The cards can be attached to the activity station. 28 cards in total

If you would like them larger, just print to A3 size or increase on photocopy machine.
