Description
This product can be used in both middle and high school English classrooms. The resource is meant to improve student's vocabulary and fluency in everyday life, state testing, and ACT/SAT testing. Word mapping is a research-based and data-supported method that has proven to show an increase in student scores on state testing and ACT testing.
Ruby Payne presents Word Mapping as one of her Research-Based strategies to help support and improve literacy for low-level learning students. Ruby Payne herself told me I should she a 7 to 8 point increase in test scores from using this vocabulary strategy!
There is a total of 9 weeks' worth of bell ringers. Two words a day. In a root word of the week format!
