This was a great and fun way to get my students involved in this unit. They were engaged and had a great time using all the resources.
Game changer! I thought that this was a great tool for my students. By learning and applying Greek and Latin roots that help their overall language ability in so many other classes.

Description

Here's what teachers are saying about Reading Olympians!

"The GREATEST thing I have ever found to teach Root Words! Honestly, this has done wonders in helping my kiddos understand, use and FIND prefixes, suffixes, and other root words! They LOVE that it is based on Greek Mythology (Thanks Percy Jackson!) and they are always eager to see who the next god or goddess is :) "

"I'm on year three of using this fantastic unit to teach Greek roots. Many TpT units come and go, but this one has become a staple. I believe in this one!"

"Wow! The total package for root word study! They definitely remember their roots after each unit!"

"This is a great comprehensive program for greek and latin roots! So easy to implement in my special education classroom! "

"What hasn't been said already in the comments? This resource has my grade 5 students mesmerized all the while expanding their vocabulary and spelling skills. More fool them! How can something so simple have become such a powerful tool in my program? I'm sold and so will you be!"
