Description

Help kids and young adults practice gratitude by learning what we are thankful for. Gratitude promotes happiness, positive thinking, and creates a positive classroom climate. Practicing thankfulness and gratitude is an activity for any time of year, but especially helpful during Thanksgiving time!

Why Teach Gratitude

Research has shown many positive outcomes when you increase your gratitude. With time and practice, gratitude can potentially help strengthen relationships with others, help us to feel happier, increase generosity, and serve as a meaningful coping strategy to manage stress. It can be extremely important for kids who struggle with academic, social, and personal challenges. It just makes sense - focusing on the positive helps us be more optimistic and positive thinkers.

How to Use
