Grade book Template for Essentials Classes (aka Encore, Specials)

This is an Excel formatted template for an elementary essentials (specials, encore) teacher grade book. It is set up for Kindergarten through Fifth Grade on an 8-day rotation with 26 students per class. There is an additional tab for a club, if needed. Could be used by other teachers, as well, with a little modification. Use digitally or print and use as a standard grading book.

How I personally use this:

I add student names at the beginning of the year and then print and copy pages as needed. I change the header for the marking period for each new marking period. The fonts used are Garamond and Marker Felt, but could be easily changed if you do not like these. I also change the heading "Kindergarten" to the teacher's name for that class—again, that is easily adapted to your liking.
