Grade Conversion Chart Standard Based Grading with Percents

I switched to Standards-Based grading this year but I still needed to grade with points and percents in our SIS system. So I created a chart that I could share with students, parents, and staff. This chart allows you to still use a concept mastery grading system but enter grades as percents or points

I've included a customizable file (ppt or google slides) and a ready made file. Colors, fonts and values will be simple to change in either Google Slides or Microsoft Powerpoint.
