Professional in appearance and totally editable. Customize with your name and contact information. Any other information that you might want to customized is in blue font. I have used and updated this contract for years. It is administrator, student, and parent approved.
Includes: a signature page for students and parents to sign and for you to keep for your records. Twice this year I've been glad I've kept the signature page when parents question my policies at grade time.
This syllabus will become your syllabus. I know how important it is to customize a product to meet your needs in the classroom. That is why this is totally EDITABLE to meet your needs.
