The Grade 8, Unit 5: Mental Health Literacy is a supplemental resource designed to meet the Ontario 2019 Health and Physical Education curriculum expectations. This resource features lessons, activities, readings and teacher assessments that can be used to supplement your Mental Health Literacy unit.

There is no digital version of this resource available. The activities, assessments and lessons are meant to be printed and used in the in-person classroom.
