Grade 6 Saskatchewan Year Plans

This is a complete overview of grade 6 year plans based on the Saskatchewan curriculum. Subjects included are: ELA, math, science, social studies, physical education, visual art, music, and drama.

Year Plans are organized by Unit. Within each unit major topics are provided to show what will be taught throughout each unit. The grade 6 Saskatchewan outcomes are then divided into units in which they will be covered (in many cases will be covered multiple times). Finally, at the bottom of each unit a list of activities/tests are provided for formative assessments.

Please note these are Year Plans and DO NOT include specific Unit Plans, Lesson Plans, Activities, or Individual Assessments. This document is a complete set of year plans for new and continuing Saskatchewan grade 6 teachers to use as a guideline for their own classrooms.

Please feel free to change and adapt the year plans to fit your individual needs but please respect the time and effort that I have put into this document and do not share with others.
